She’s half Japanese, half Filipino (slightly based off ari’s hc). She was born and raised from a rich father, her mom apparently died at her birth. She and jotaro went to the same school together, but they never dated then

She was the only woman jot ever tolerated (who isn’t his family) in his teen years. They both share a love for the ocean, but she is more interested in oceanography rather than specifically marine biology.

She left to move to the US about a month before the events of SDC. She was never aware of the existence of stands.
