First part I've seen that could pack some punch. A rule established allowing opening of ballots prior to election day that was in clear conflict with a state statue prohibiting that practice.

I believe this was a complaint in PA or MI as well. VERY big deal if you ask me. Particularly with accounts of election workers calling voters to fix ballots and done so non-uniformly.

All else I've seen so far is not new. Observers being unable to properly observe counts and recounts; witnesses seeing batches of pristine, identical ballots; witnesses seeing Trump votes being counted for Biden; signatures not being verified during original counts or recounts

This is new. Deliberate misreporting of chain of custody of machines.

Nothing like having an operator with ability to review batch totals AND have ability to remove or discard the batch total at the same time. Could this be why batches of uncounted votes were found at recount? Other than the two batches, did everything else match up in the recount?

Doubts cast on recounts. Can't be accurate if you're relying on paper printouts of the machines themselves.

I'd like to know if voters receive a paper receipt immediately following the vote. Or if once the batch total is approved, the machine then prints the paper ballots. If it's the latter, then we are incredibly susceptible to fraud.

If you can't audit ballots by selecting a random sample of ballots, reviewing the vote/the signature/the name on the ballot, and then contacting the person and asking them who they voted for - then it's not a real audit, and there aren't proper controls in place. Period.

It should not be this difficult. If you make it more difficult than that, I'm going to assume you're cheating.

This one is just juicy. Allegedly a recording of Dominion VP of U.S. Engineering claiming they fixed the election. Dominion allegedly altered website to remove his presence.
