what are the process po sa pagkuha ng orders?

- first, we'll send po the order form, just for it po then after mafill-upan, pls wait for the order confirmation along with the payment details to the email you provided sa order form

- since the payment details are already sent, you can pay na po before dop

what will i do after i pay for my orders?

- pls fill-up the payment form which is also provided sa payment details na sinend sa email niyo po, then check updates & our masterlist

where is the masterlist?

- as of now, tinatapos lang po namin ang batch 1 and batch 2 orders, we'll post it po after

anong makikita sa masterlist?

- twt username niyo po, orders, order number, and yung status ng orders and payment niyo

what about the updates?

- we'll regularly update everyone po every weekends, pls understand and be patient po

do you have opening and closing hrs?

- yes, we are open from 7 am - 12 am ng madaling araw

ano po ang eta ng mga nilalapag niyo?

- most of them are under long eta, yes, since ipapahanap pa po siya sa supplier and as what we've always said, expect delays since maaga nagsasara ang shops sa kr pag holiday seasons

- for now, abest and jnt ang couriers namin

how abt the lsf po?

- here's the estimated fees po, pls note na may possibility pa po itong mabago, depende sa bigat at kung gaano ka-bulky ang orders niyo

do you accept cod po ba?

- no, we don't accept po since most of our albums are still in kr, some of them are still not secured so nagbabase po talaga kami kung sino ang sure buyers

how abt the shopee checkout?

- we're still learning how it works but we can guarantee na we'll make it happen, since nasa kr pa naman lahat ng albums, may time pa para maaral and malaman yung pasikot-sikot

- method of payment po namin is gcash pa lang po

ano ang madalas na nilalapag niyo?

- unsealed albums and sealed albums po, minsan po ay pocas, depende sa mga requests

bakit po nagiging mahal yung albums?

- yung income po namin is kasama na po doon ang lahat ng addtl fees, minsan po nag-aabono pa po kami
