1. stop, it& #39;s ok you can stop. if it& #39;s just for a few minutes, maybe even an hour, it& #39;s ok
2. close your books, phone, laptop, tablet, and ur eyes. take a moment to breath and loosen up your shoulders.
3. put ur hands up and stretch out ur back, come one i know u& #39;ve been curled up for awhile now. stretch out ur legs while ur at it :)
4. now go get a glass, or 2, of water. bring a pitcher along with u to ur desk so u don& #39;t have to keep getting up to hydrate urself.
5. don& #39;t feel bad !! it& #39;s ok to take breaks once in awhile. u& #39;ve been working really hard and u are doing great so far \(^-^)/
remember guys: you can& #39;t work hard and smart if you& #39;re not working well. take care of yourselves. you got this
