I went to high school in Dromm's district. An international school, all students were latinos, mostly immigrants and a big part undocumented.

And everyday, when classes ended, 3 or 4 NYPD cars full of cops waited outside to harass us. The same NYPD Dromm fought to protect in the city budget while education continues largely underfunded and NYC still has one of the most segregated school systems in the nation.

CM Dromm, it's easy to criticize educators of Charter schools when you simply show no regard for the alternative. Public schools should've been a safe haven for immigrant students like the ones in my school, yet students were kicked out of there as soon as they heard the bell.

So shut your mouth. Keep the names of my fellow immigrants out of your damn cyberbitching. And don't you dare disrespecting @FSingh_NYC and her journey, because at this point you're showing to be either racist or classist, on top of being a shitty elected official. #ShutUpDromm
