Specific limits on pardon power

Right to educational equality

Right to vote

President can be prosecuted for crimes

Equal rights for women, including liberty and choice

Marriage equality for all

Reallocation of Senate and House representation to reflect one person one vote.

Eliminate advice and consent power of the Senate

Forbid a filibuster rule in the Senate and House. Majority rules.

No qualified immunity for government officials who cause death of, or severe bodily or emotion harm to, a citizen.

Or a child who is present in the United States

Express limits on Executive Privilege as to both congressional and prosecutorial inquiries.

2-term limits on both the Senate and House and make both offices 4-year terms max.

Some sort of Supreme Court reform to mitigate politics (suggestions please)
