Western Mass Fancy looks nice from the waist up in photographs but you can still do a bunch of shots and then immediately go sledding. If you can't then you're dressed Too Fancy

in lieu of a sled, an unloved pool float or flattened cardboard box (western mass toboggan) will do. no snow? get a tarp, dish soap, hose, sled and/or pool float. find a big hill. ta-da. white christmas
