They hate when you know your rights, and the rights of your loved one and try punish you for holding them accountable to do their job. The one they get paid big bucks to do.....

Their favourite families are those that dump and dash - never to be seen again after move in day......

If you ignore their subtle warnings to back off and stop demanding even the most basic care, they will make your life miserable.

If you continue to demand your rights they will call you names like aggressive, trouble maker, crazy, etc......They will make you look like the problem, and they will repeat this narrative to staff daily.

New staff will know all about you and your “crazy” ways because they will have been prejudiced even before they hit the floor for their very first shift.

And eventually if they can’t wear you down, and you still won’t go away and shut up, they will pull out their trump card; the one thing that instills fear in all families: the threat of a trespass order. The one thing they know will make even the strongest families crumble....

Because they can, and because they know Court is a lengthy process. During which time they won’t have to deal with you at all.
