No big family #Thanksgiving2020 gathering this year for the @JoeBiden family he says. "We'll be at home in Delaware with our daughter and our son-in-law."
"I believe you always deserve to hear the truth from your president," adds @JoeBiden.
Starting on day one of my presidency we will take steps that will change the course of this disease," says @JoeBiden.
"The federal government has vast powers to combat the virus," adds @JoeBiden. "The federal government cannot do this alone. Each of us has a responsibility...to slow the virus."
US on track for the first #COVID19 immunization in late December or early January, according to @JoeBiden. "There's real hope, tangible hope. So hang on."
"This will not last forever," adds @JoeBiden.
"Look, I'm not naive. I know that history's just that," says @JoeBiden. "But to know what came before...can help arm against despair."
"Let's be thankful for democracy itself," says @JoeBiden, noting "record numbers of Americans" voted in #Election2020 "in the middle of a pandemic."
"Our democracy was tested this year...and we learned that the people of America are up to the task," adds @JoeBiden.
"We the people have the power to change what Jefferson called the course of human events," says @JoeBiden. "Today we can better than yesterday. Tomorrow we can still be better than that day."
"We have what it takes. Now we have to act to write a newer, bolder more compassionate chapter" in American history, says @JoeBiden.
"Americans dream big. As hard it may seem this Thanksgiving we're going to dream big again," adds @JoeBiden. "I honestly believe the 21st century is going to be an American century."
