Yes. RELAX.

It wouldn't go anywhere REGARDLESS of the composition of the PA Supreme Court.

Laches is a thing. Bringing a case to retroactively invalidate an election because you think a 2019 law used in multiple election cycles is unconstitutional implicates laches.

The ultimate remedy they are seeking is to invalidate the election and have the State Legislature appoint electors.

The problem with that theory - one of them, anyway - is that if the temporary injunction remains in place, THERE IS NO PA LEGISLATURE that can appoint electors.
Literally, the biggest problem with this from the perspective of the PA state government right now is not that this messes up the appointment of electors. That's done. The problem PA has is that the injunction interferes with their ability to seat the legislature on schedule.
So I know everyone is keyed up. I get that. It's a trying time for all of us. But, seriously, breathe in, breathe out, let AG Shapiro do his thing. https://twitter.com/PAAttorneyGen/status/1331653297833472004?s=20
