I’m not saying people with education are superior to those who aren’t educated or that having a degree makes you better than someone who doesn’t.

I just reject the notion that being educated is a bad thing or makes you weak or less American or less relatable.

I know the value of hard work and don’t come from wealth or anything. I also have a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.

Just because I read books, doesn’t mean I also don’t know how to get my hands dirty and work.

Just because I like science doesn’t mean I’m an elitist.

Things are not always binary and GOP politicians who push these notions of elitism and anti-intellectualism are doing so for political gain.

Meanwhile, they profit off of people’s ignorance and ignorant people get raked over the coals.
