I set a goal at the beginning of the year to be more intentional about showing gratitude. I’m grateful to the entire team at @okta for showing up for each other and for our customers in a tough year but I want to name a few individuals who go above and beyond

Thank you @mrstbenvo! Tanya is my EA and helps me understand where to focus my time and energy so I can scale as @okta scales. To the degree I’ve had any success over the years, Tanya has been an instrumental part of it.

Thank you @angelagrady! Angela is my Chief of Staff and second brain. She has a ton of responsibilities between the Board, ops review, talent development, and office visits. She gets everyone aligned and focused on our big priorities and helps me make the right decisions.

Thank you, Fei Liu! Fei is @okta’s Emerging Technology Researcher and she helps me stay ahead of tech trends so I can lead and make decisions with the future in mind. Beyond her raw intelligence, she has a discerning eye for what’s real and what’s overhyped.

Tanya, Angela and Fei make up @okta’s Office of the CEO and deserve my thanks every day. So do the following Oktanauts who are celebrating 10 years at Okta! We’ve recently recognized them all at our weekly All Hands meetings.

Thank you, Doug Ito! Doug was our first employee in customer success, professional services, and sales engineering and now leads our incredible presales team of hundreds. Doug exemplifies integrity and transparency and has a true growth mindset.

Thank you, @brianhansen! Brian runs design for all of @okta. If the product looks good, it’s because of Brian and his team. Brian was one of our first hires and I joke that if I were in his shoes then, I might not have been convinced that @fkerrest and I were onto something!

Thank you, @JonToddDotCom! Jon is @okta’s Chief Architect and has his imprint on all of our major architectural decisions. It’s hard to overstate Jon’s impact: beyond building most of Okta’s infrastructure, he’s a lot of fun to be around.

Thank you, Stephen Lee! Stephen is my go-to expert on all things identity and technical partnerships. He’s held a ton of roles at @okta, is flexible, versatile, empathetic, and an all-around amazing teammate.

The dedication, agility and resilience of all @okta employees has kept us going in the “year without a playbook.” I’m lucky to have this strong team.
