Last month Chrissy Teigen and John Legend told of losing baby Jack. Meghan and Harry speaking about loss is another step towards normalising public conversations.Reminding us research into #pregnancyloss, better care and support (particularly for minoritised groups) is essential
You don't have to talk about your losses if you don't want to. Some people prefer to keep things private. Others remember their babies more publicly. Do whatever is right for you. If other people sharing their stories empowers and reassures you, take comfort in it. #miscarriage

Back in October I joined @Zoehardman and @squeakygeorgie on their Made By Mammas podcast to talk about #miscarriage https://play.acast.com/s/mammas/babylossawarenessweekwithdr.petraboynton It was one of the most open conversations I've had and you might find it a comfort to listen to, particularly in light of today's news.
