It's an extremely disappointing service which you are providing to your customers.
I would like to bring to your notice the incidence which happened to us yesterday ( 24/11/2020).
We were supposed to be receive a shipment from our relatives in Hyderabad with (cont..)

some sarees for an upcoming family function here In Bangalore, for which we, unfortunately, chose to go with @DTDCIndia as the courier partner.

Once we received our package here in Bangalore, we found our consignment to be badly tampered and tapped back with a different (cont..)

tape than what was being used while packing the consignment, and on opening the box, we found we have lost 5 no of sarees worth Rs.8000/-. Attaching the images of the tampered box before opening it here in Bangalore for your ready reference.
