There are 7 kids in the orphanage. They are controlled/supervised by a nun/lady who possibly owns the house ig..

i think the lady died so ENHYPEN were the only ones left...

and i think the lady likes dolls (thats why we see the dolls in the teaser)

since ENHYPEN was the only one left, they tried to entertain themselves (piano, play, read, etc.)

i think jungwon noticed weird things going on around the house so he was curious

also the house looks abandoned so its kinda creepy
