The sport was documented in a 2013 report that identified it as the outdoor sporting activity with the most first-time participants in the United States that year.Stand-up paddle-boarding, or SUP, has diversified from a variation of surfing into racing, touring, yoga and fishing.

You can enjoy stand-up paddle-boarding at Puteri Harbour every Saturday and Sunday. Walk to Sempoi Boogie shack anytime from 10am to 7pm at Sandy Beach Marina Walk to experience it.If you’re a first timer, trainings will be given before you embark on the sport.
You can come here with zero knowledge and rest assured, you will receive the help needed.
Life jacket will also be provided to ensure safety.What makes this sport more interesting is you can paddle with a child on board, making it a family-friendly activity that you can enjoy with your children. No one will be left out of the fun.
