Ok, so I sat and listened to the entire video of the earlier presser and now it's time to THREAAAD!

I'm going to work this thread in as sequential of an order as I gathered the information.

I want to start off by saying this. Some general observations I noticed watching

the video:

1. Kenney is a poor speaker. He tries to use a range of larger words to make up for his inability to think and put together sentences that allow his speaking to flow.

2. Kenney is shook. He was stumbling and bumbling. He had to go back time and again to try to

humanize himself by taking pause and making an attempt at connecting with Albertans.

Ok so one of the first glaring issues I had with the presentation was the pathetic attempt at selling a lockdown as unappealing because it would predominantly target the poor. Is that a fucking

joke?

Lets do some word association....

Attack against AISH recipients
Spike in costs of everything throughout the province
Bleeding our system of money so that we can pay more for important services. ex) healthcare, insurance etc
Decrease in hourly wages for young workers

Tuition spikes
Any type of privatization

He doesn't give two shits about the poor.

He continues along the bullshit agenda by gushing over health care workers....hence why you are ratcheting up the anxiety, sending the tissue managers to verbally attack them online, and have

mass layoffs for people who he doesn't understand their value.

Ok so we've moved onto restrictions being put in to limit spreading. Does anyone see the need to keep faith institutions open? He goes on about the spiritual, emotional and even physical health that comes from such

an institution. I have a couple questions. Why can't people pray from home? Does anyone else think that there will be a significant issue with say, peace officers walking into a church and handing out fines for not conforming as opposed to them walking into someone's private

business and doing the same thing? I'd love to hear from you.

Also, how do we know what the rate of transmission within schools is? He tries to tout that stupid app of theirs as reliable and so robust. Give me a break. It's a joke.

More questions. Does anybody else see the

hypocrisy about him speaking out about struggling small businesses? What has he done to keep the small businesses afloat? Does anybody else think that casinos are being kept open due to paying back donors? I can't for the life of me understand why they need to remain open. They

don't struggle when open and I imagine they'd be a cesspool of bacteria.

Another observation, never a shortage of Con hacks getting through on the phone line.

So can someone explain to me about what Kenneys concern is with the vaccines numbers? I listened to Peter Mansbridges

podcast and the word is that the PM has a TON of vaccines/ Canadian citizen. Kenney should maybe focus on himself as he's terrible at his job. Stop worrying about Mr. Trudeau.

I can't remember if it was Kenney or Shandypants, although I believe it was Kenney, but he claimed that

they value masks etc etc and that they've been one of the first to implement it or something along those lines. Is that why our numbers are completely blown out of the water? Is that why we're one of the LAST provinces to implement a mandate? Also, why is it only targetting the

major cities and bedroom communities? Do they think it isn't spreading in rural communities? Did he forget what he's done to rural healthcare? JHC.

Can someone explain to me his fascination with carrying on about the Charter? What, he's trying to respect peoples rights and

freedoms? What about the rights and freedoms of those dying from this? What about those suffering while they wait for surgeries? What about the rights of those left behind? He isn't avoiding infringing on rights, he's try to avoid overreaching on peoples entitled behaviour.

Not to mention, how many times is he being challenged in court for violating the Charter? Riggghhhtt

Kenney carried on about how there are ideological and political pressures yadda yadda. Hate to break it to ya little Jay but the opposition has to hold you and your government

accountable. Your government sucks, so @RachelNotley and the opposition need to demand accountability. Ideological? Like the crazy outlandish BS this government believes and acts on? There was a suggestion earlier from Nixon that the opposition is partisan because they're

demanding answers for dying and dead Albertans? Yea, that's not partisan. That's called doing ones job and reminding the government that they're failing.

I also noticed that when the media members called in, he was caught getting his nose out of joint at least a couple times.

He took a subtle shot at government employees as well. Maybe he needs to be reminded that people like healthcare workers and educators are public workers.......dumbass. Kenney was speaking briefly about how women have been adversely affected due to the pandemic. Since when did he

care about women?

The one part of the entire performance that quite literally made me laugh out loud was the, Venezuela socialist refugee. Can someone explain to me the validity of the political system she came from? Can someone explain why he couldn't recall where she was from?

Does anyone else think he tried way too hard to sell it? Does anyone think, considering she wasn't an elite white male, that he even gave her the time?

He is so bad at his job. So. Fucking. Bad.

Ok, I want to bring this home a bit with a wrap up.

We are in this position

because, in typical UCP fashion, they fucked up. Massively. Again. If Kenney and his band of neanderthals had half a brain they would have put a mandate in early and been strict right off the jump. Of course, he waits until we're sinking in shit and NOW has found some type of

assertion.

I want to say, he gets NO credit for this. It should have happened eons ago. He couldn't come up with it himself despite how obvious it was. He can't bring back the many dead who didn't need to die. He can't relieve folks of this accumulation of anxiety. He's jerked

around Albertans with his terrible response to COVID. IMO, he has failed as a premier and leader of government by this COVD response, alone. Oh, and he wants to commit himself to "saving Albertans"? Get us the #FedApp! The PM has grander manhood, stop trying to one up him

through pettiness........GROW UP!

I'm glad to see them act wisely with the schools. Once again, another error in judgement.

THIS is what you get from a career politician. He's a Con all-star? How fucking embarrassing.

Well, we'll see how these next few weeks go. He's pissed

off his base with this and has long ago pissed off everyone else. Fuck you Kenney.
