Amid reports that Trump will pardon Michael Flynn, here's a thread on what Flynn did:
* Flynn was paid $45K to attend Moscow festivities honoring Russian media outlet RT in 2015. As an ex-military intel officer, he was supposed to clear this with the U.S. government but didn’t.

* Flynn's firm secretly took $600K to advance the interests of Turkey while he advised candidate Trump.
* Flynn called Islam a “malignant cancer.”
* Flynn secretly negotiated with Russia during the transition, undercutting the sitting president, Obama. Then he lied about it.

* Acting AG Sally Yates told the Trump White House on Jan. 26 and 27, 2017, that Flynn was open to blackmail by the Russians. It took Trump until Feb. 13 to oust Flynn as national security adviser. Trump said at the time that he fired Flynn for lying to Pence and the FBI.

* Flynn’s guilty plea to lying to the FBI was a plea deal. He could have been charged with being an unregistered agent for a foreign country. Flynn pleaded guilty twice. Corrupt AG William Barr has been trying to get the case dropped because Flynn knows too much -- about Trump.

* Since there was a plea deal, we don't know everything the FBI thinks Flynn did. Some believe Turkey offered Flynn $15M to deliver dissident cleric Fethullah Gulen -- exiled in the U.S. -- to Turkish despot Recep Tayyip Erdogan. That didn't happen. But did Flynn agree to help?
