Biden will send the bill to the R controlled Senate where it most likely won't pass the first time, however he will most likely backdoor amnesty (think something akin to "Dreamers") via executive order with the full support of the bureaucracy and deep state.

The point is to get a large number of Democrat dependants established that can't be deported.

Citizenship is only a matter of time if they can't be deported.(birthright etc.)

Spergs get bogged down in the lawmaking process and miss the big picture (demographics)
