During the development of U4 half of the fucking staff left... like doesn’t this tell you something on how bad the work environment is there??? They take advantage of their employees, they employ unqualified animators and fire them when they can’t take the crunches anymore. (2)

The situation at naughty dog has become critical. All the power has been given to one person and unfortunately, it has gone over that persons head. People need to understand that the video game development jobs and careers are now real and are actual jobs. (3)

The higher heads in the departments must respect the syndicate of their workers and stop treating their employees like disposable things they can just throw out when convenient. I am sorry but I will not just sit there and take this no more. ND is not perfect and (4)

That threats their employees like disposable crap. Please wake up and think before talking. This studio and every other studio who performs crunches should be looked at by a jury. (I’m mainly talking about ND but that’s because they’re the worst out of them all). (6)
