So over the past 2 years, I& #39;ve been playing through a 25 year Franchise Mode in NHL 19, and I can really say it& #39;s been one of the funnest experiences I& #39;ve had in a video game.
Documenting every trade, draft, offseason, etc. in a binder really helped me to not lose interest...

And of course, I obviously also made a BUNCH of infographics, cause I& #39;m a graphic designer who can& #39;t stop graphic designing.
I& #39;m pretty sure no one cares about any of these fake players from a fake team in a fake simulation, but I& #39;m mainly posting these for myself

And here are the player cards for 28 memorable players from this playthrough. Some are record-breaking Hall of Famers; some are literal 4th liners. This is all very subjective to which players I liked, going in chronological order.
These first 15 players were all a part of our first dynasty core which dominated the league from roughly 2025 to 2035.
The real star of this Franchise Mode, Jaime Morrow, who now holds pretty much every single goaltending record in the world
I& #39;d say these 4 were the core transition players, coming in during the back half of the first dynasty and staying with us (minus Ylonen) until the very end
And here starts the core of the 2nd dynasty, which frankly would& #39;ve absolutely embarrassed the 1st one if they could play against one another.
And here& #39;s the first and only AHL legend from this playthrough. A guy who would score 50 goals almost every year in the AHL, and yet never grow past 82.
There& #39;s also Skyler Stroumboulopoulos, the only High Franchise player I& #39;ve ever seen in a draft

The retired numbers of 4 legendary skaters who played with us all the way into retirement.
(Nurmi changed numbers halfway through his career)
(Those are full career stats, hence why Hischier& #39;s stats vary from his player card, because of his few years in NJ)

And finally, the all-time leading scorers in points, goals, assists, as well as the most points in a single season by a rookie.
