Let’s talk about Sun-Pluto
a thread:
The power these people have is incredible, they have such a strong presence and they exert an extraordinarily magnetic hold over people while remaining impenetrable. This power can be very difficult to deal with, especially when younger.

With this combo there is often an awareness of darkness, evil and danger. but also an intense self awareness, thus it is as if the Sun–Pluto person assumes that others will be as aware of them as they are aware of themselves and this can give rise to a kind of paranoia.
And because of that it can be quite hard to actually get to know the Sun-Pluto individual, you could be very close with them but there would always be a hidden and dark side of them. It is as if people with this aspect feel like as if they have no hiding-place and thus must-
and thus must make an effort to create one. they seem to need their privacy and often seem to fear invasion. For them it’s often as if they fear that their very identity is under threat.
And there is something in the early history in their childhood which colludes with the individual forming such a view.

TRIGGER WARNING

Sun-Pluto was exposed very early to the darker side of life and have faced Plutonian issues especially in their family, such as sexual abuse, violence and criminality.. but it is not always the case.
Their father had a very dominant character, he really was around sometimes to a point where it seemed impossible to the child to hide from his dad or have some time alone. He had a very strong hold on the child’s psyche and has a very sacred and special place there.
It is as if the presence of the father is so strong in the unconscious that it leaves little room for other powerful masculine figures. Sun-Pluto’s father is very aware of his own darkness and the world’s too, that he tries to protect the child from them-
to ensure that the child will not be exposed to the things the father may have done ‘wrong’ in the past. The ‘heaviness’ that the Sun–Pluto person seems to absorb from the father is often guilt.
The child then is exposed to the darker and scarier side of life and yet is counselled as to how ‘bad’ some things are. Basically the child is often not allowed to acknowledge, let alone accept, their own darker side, and sometimes that of the father.
And of course a child wouldn’t know how to deal with all this, so the kid either buries it deeply within the unconscious or or else feels totally overwhelmed by them or simple see them as his own impulse and ugly thoughts.
Many with the Sun-Pluto aspect, especially the opposition, will try to disown their Pluto and thus will meet the energy in a much exaggerated form by becoming its victim, perhaps by forming relationships with abusive or dominant.
Pluto is not a friend, Plutonian issues are not to ignore, they are extremely volatile. The challenge for those with Sun–Pluto is to be able to combine both the light and dark sides of the self without being overwhelmed by either end of the spectrum.
If these natives have not found something where they can legitimately give themselves permission to exercise power, they will often seek to sabotage the position of those in authority. Their own ego can feel too vulnerable to cope with the threat of more powerful personalities.
These people love to be in positions of power and think its what they deserve, or be attracted by those in powerful positions and try to get close to them, the less conscious ones sometimes try to demolish that person’s position, usually through setting up an “exposé”.
With Sun-Pluto also comes this wish to transform the self into a super hero overnight, to kill off all the ‘bad guys’, and either purify the self or save the world. While the Sun–Pluto person indeed need to ‘kill’ and bury an aspect of themselves before their own creative-
before their own creative treasures and true sense of individuality can be tapped, the thing that usually has to go and gets continually tested in the life is the individual’s pride.
Sun–Pluto natives often seem to need to allow themselves to fail occasionally, to be something less than perfect. Instead of trying to kill off the psyche’s less acceptable side, the average Sun–Pluto person needs to try to accept their imperfections and grow self humility.
The Sun–Pluto person, whilst they have a poor self-image, paradoxically, can have such a high opinion of themselves that they imagine they are responsible for everything and that they have the means and the power to manipulate everything and everyone to their view.
It can take a Sun–Pluto person quite some time to realise that they are a channel for collective power rather than the owner of it.
The Sun-Pluto aspect is undeniably manipulative, this manipulation can indeed be very insidious.

These people have a tremendous capacity to entrap others into a corner from which they cannot possibly escape. These people can become very interested in Psychology will actively seek to become self- aware, will seek to delve into the recesses of who they are.
This combination is ideal for any kind of work that involves assisting others in their transformative processes. It is good for any situation where the individual can legitimately and consciously not only wield power but assist others to transform their lives.
Pluto always refuses to treat life lightly. When coupled with the Sun it is as if the individual just cannot deal with themselves or with life on a superficial basis. If they attempt to do so, some crisis will hurtle them back into the underworld.
In differing ways, the Sun–Pluto person usually has innocence and naivety forcibly removed from them at an early age, and there really is no going back afterwards. Part of the purpose of Sun–Pluto interchanges seems to be concerned with illuminating those things that are hidden,
bringing what is buried out into the light of day where it can be acknowledged and valued, turning the spotlight on society’s taboos and thus transforming the collective’s attitude to them.
