I am fat.
And before anyone says "NO YOU'RE NOT"- just keep it to yourself. Because everything after that point will be you projecting the way you feel about yourself, and weight, on to me.

I am fat and there isn't a single thing you can do about it. If you look at my 270+ body and tell me that I'm not fat, I'm going to tell you to get your eyes checked. Tell that to a skinny girl, she needs to hear it.
People say "Well you don't LOOK that fat" and it's like "wow, more backhanded compliments, thanks".
You aren't being kind to me, you are reminding me constantly that the world doesn't see me or the people who look like me.

'maybe I'll comment on that person's body because they're saying the things I'm feeling about myself so I'm going to scream at them until they're so I feel better about me."
