#1 is... Exercise! Even what you can do at home, and important for everyone in your house (kids, seniors, etc_
#2 is BREATHING exercises.

Numero trois:

CBT and mindfulness are a little bit more complicated to explain, but @COMHS2 is an online service where mental health professionals volunteer their time to help the growing number of people needing help.
Number 4 is my favourite.

Ask people at the end of the day to name something positive at the end of the day. Even something small, like for me, today my coffee tasted extra delicious.
And last but CERTAINLY not least, phone someone new every day. Make a list of people to check in with and rotate every day.
