Justin Trudeau is lying about why Canada is delayed getting vaccines. He says:

Our National Research Council in Montreal has the facilities to make adenovirus-based vaccines like the Oxford/AstraZeneca one. Since the summer, I have told the Liberal government REPEATEDLY that they could make the AstraZeneca vaccine in NRC’s Montreal lab.

But the Trudeau government never listened.

AstraZeneca is totally open to that kind of partnership. I’ll give some examples.
