I’m a conservative that voted for Trump, but I don’t like the guy. I have no problem with voting for other Republicans, but people find it so hard to believe that Trump would lose, while the GOP did pretty well. I’m sitting here thinking, “no, I can get why that happened.”
If you take a step back and not view Trump through rose colored glasses, it makes sense. The message was simple: we want to change the president, but not put the lunatic left in charge.

If had my druthers, Kristi Noem or Ron Descantis would be president-elect right now.
Part of the problem is that many folks were so certain that Trump would win, that they won’t consider the possibility in this thread. Instead, they go down the conspiracy path as an explanation. (The conspirators forgot about rigging the congressional elections for Democrats.)
