on OCT, CBI team received the update from AIIMS forensic team which stated if Sushant had committed suicide, but just after few days CBI stated that they are still investigating the case from every angle.

So, even after receiving the AIIMS forensic team's report they continued their investigation in every angle on record.

They may have to prove AIIMS report incorrect backed with the concrete evidence.
