Call out your boys
The ones who catcall, who talk about women in a demeaning way, who grope women in bars, who tell rape ‘jokes’, call

Believe survivors
1 in 3 women will experience violence and abuse in their lifetime, so chances are you know (& like) a man who’s perpetrated it. I get it, it’s uncomfortable, but not supporting survivors because they were hurt by someone you care about doesn’t help anyone. 3/6

Consent
Important, sexy & can be withdrawn at any time.
Your partner whether married/ friend/ one night stand etc should never feel pressured into a sex act or to continue one.

Listen
Again, 1 in 3 women will experience abuse or violence in their lifetime. If you’re dating a survivor, listen, be compassionate, be patient, be KIND. What’s a little awkward for you to hear might be really anxiety inducing or scary for them to say
