I am going to explain something here-- follow along. The issue isn't widespread fraud, even though there is, in fact, evidence of widespread fraud, the issue is that there were actions taken that disenfranchised blocks of voters while placing higher importance on others. https://twitter.com/DrKarlynB/status/1331281806323290118
One aspect of the PA case is the fact that certain counties allowed people who voted by mail to cure their ballots before election day. In fact, they are literally swearing to the fact that they did that in their own responses to POTUS lawsuit.
It was ILLEGAL under PA law (even under the law that the judiciary wrote that isn't legal law) to open and cure ballots before the election. The ballots were not to be precanvassed until 7AM on 11/3. This was not followed. Not only was it not followed, it seems that
only some counties didn't follow the law, and somehow members of the democrat party knew who to call to "fix" their mail in ballots before election day. But not everyone had that option. That is a major CONSTITUTIONAL crisis. It's an equal protection issue. Some voters in PA
had an opportunity to have their mistakes fixed, while others did not. SEE THE PROBLEM? I am tired of reading tweets from people demanding "evidence" when they haven't taken the time to read and research the court filings. They are out there. Do some due diligence.
In addition (it is still processing so give it a minute) I have obtained the filing in the appeal and it is here should you want to familiarize yourself with the EVIDENCE https://www.scribd.com/document/485656420/President-Trump-PA-Appeal-to-the-3rd-Circuit
