If your RPG is big (and isn't a spin off of D&D), then Quick Start rules are a good way to tempt people to learn more about your game. Players hate new game systems. (GMs love 'em)
Speaking of learning an RPG, you should probably also have How to Play videos. Before I play any board game, I hop on YouTube and learn how to play the game.
What about examples of playing your RPG too? A lot of the books have examples in them. What about Actual Play videos, showing the game in action?
You don't see this often with RPGs, but what about swag? Every conference I go to has stickers for everything, except for RPGs. Can I get cool swag for your RPG?
I'm not really going anywhere with this thread. Just thinking out loud on the internet to see what happens.
