Scrambled eggs! (1 serving) If you make scrambled eggs with 1 egg (without any extra stuff like milk, pepper, salt, butter, ect.) it can come out to 91 cal. It’s also kinda filling.
not a recipe but I wanna add this. Watermelon, low in calories and very filling. (30 cal per serving)
Banana pancakes! (243 cal)
Cardamom & peach quinoa porridge! (231 cal)
75g quinoa
25g porridge oats
4 cardamom pods
250ml unsweetened almond milk
2 ripe peaches , cut into slices
1 tsp maple syrup
Kale, tomato & poached egg on toast! (251 cal)
2 tsp oil
100g ready-chopped kale
1 garlic clove , crushed
½ tsp chilli flakes
2 large eggs
2slices multigrain bread
50g cherry tomatoes , halved
15g feta , crumbled
Sunshine lollies (17 cal for the whole thing)
5 large carrots
juice of 3 large oranges ,
zest of 1
1 satsuma , peeled then chopped (optional)
