There’s an importance in saying things when something first calls to your attention. Throat chakra work is also the intelligence to understand why you may be holding back on what you truly want to say.

At some point or another, you were likely conditioned to believe that your feelings were/are a burden, weren’t to be taken serious (perhaps because you were too sensitive or reading too deeply into things), or you would ruin something if you were to voice how you truly felt.

The fire & the rage that sagittarians are known to have when their temper explodes, comes from the part of themselves that can often expect people to know or go on what they haven’t said, simply because they want another to give more sympathy than they are willing to give to
