Theres this common opinion about people into fitness that people not into fitness have. That we have
1. Too much time in hand
2. We dont have a social life
3. We dont have a job
4. We dont have any other skills
5. We lack personality and probably with zero sex life
Well! I genuinely feel sorry for you it you are using such stereotypes about those into fitness to strengthen you excuses on why you have no control over your life. You dont know how to manage time, you dont know how to control your cravings and you have zero will to become fit
People like us juggle jobs, home, meetings and still manage to hit the gym or workout at home. We manage to eat healthy for fuel and not boredom. We got self control. We got our mental health taken care of. So shit talking gets you nowhere. Match up to us or stay inferior.
Kindness goes both ways. be kind to those who are putting efforts to be fit and look fitter and we shall be kind to you for your inability to do so for whatever reason you have. Just because you are incapable doesnt mean someone else will be too 👍🏻
