When a medium contacts the dead it’s usually to assist someone in crossing over.

The main job of a medium is to talk to the dead and help them cross over

Most souls stuck here are tormented by their former human life

Mediums are used to help these people move on

Mediumship can be dangerous

When you’re tapping into the energy of the dead you never know what or who you will contact

Some spirits can be aggressive and some can be friendly

You have to use discernment to determine which is friendly

In order to stay safe doing mediumship is to protect your energy as much as you can

Invest in crystals, use energetic protection, use spirits, etc

If you don’t protect yourself prior to entering mediumship

You’ll be opening yourself up to hostile spirits

Every medium is different

I would dare say no two mediums are alike

For example: some people can only speak to the dead

I myself am able to help deceased spirits cross over to the other side

As you progress into your mediumship you’ll be able to contact spirits also

Mediumship requires your third eye to be open, activate, and balanced

Without this you won’t be able to spirits

Don’t underestimate the importance of keeping your chakras cleared

Mediumship requires telepathy and the ability to channel

When you ask the dead questions you need to be ready for a response

Your life can very well depend on it, some spirits are very aggressive

If you cannot channel or use telepathy focus on that

This is a journey into the darkness

The dead don’t exist in the light, only in the darkness

You will be connecting with beings that are in the underworld

Sometimes you’ll go past the underworld and enter other realms

These realms are where people exist to be tormented

If you cannot or will not journey into the dark stay away from mediumship

While this is a psychic skill it requires knowledge of ghost and spirits

It’s important to do as much research as possible before getting started

This is a journey not a sprint

Mediumship will sharpen your psychic skills and in some cases awaken new power
