(1) I’d like to remind Florida fans who do not believe JT Daniels would’ve made an impact that Stetson Bennett, although 5/16 was 2/3 before suffering a separated shoulder/ AC joint sprain less than four minutes into the first on the TD play to go up 14-0.
(2) A healthy Stetson very well could’ve won that game. Receivers were open all night, they were just missed. In response to the rebuttal that JT does not cover the wheel route, that’s only partially correct.
(3) Georgia struggled defensively for sure, and it was evident they missed LeCounte and Davis being on the field. All that aside, it is hard for a defense to have success when constantly on the field. Georgia lost the time of possession battle 38 minutes to 22.
(4) JT Daniels may not play defensively for the Dawgs, but he could’ve kept the offense on the field against a sub par Florida defense. Less time for Florida’s offense equals less opportunities to throw the wheel route. To say JT wouldn’t make a difference in that game is asinine
