1/x. I’m watching a lot of a trump supporters bail. I’m watching a lot of RINOs telling him to concede. I’m watching a lot of folks saying his court hearings are over. Let me take this time to explain:
2/x there are four court cases occurring right now. One in federal court on PA (Guilianni’s where they lost in district court regarding the 14th amendment). And three state cases
3/x. Pacer number is 4:20-CV-02078. They asked for extraordinary relief. All 7 million voted to be discarded. This is a federal case. Remember this.
4/x one state case from trumps team, is in Nevada. No case number. In Carson City. It is a state case. Other state case is in MI. DJT/ostregran vs SOS Benson, Case No 000225-MZ Stephens. (Plaintiff attorney is blacked out). Both of these are STATE cases.
5/x there is a “new” GA case where trumps team has asked for a recount in GA
6/x. In every election, where is will be challenged constitutionally, you must run threw the lower courts. Sometimes it is State courts, like in WI, you can’t file a complaint until the 30th of November. What’s odd, and hasn’t happened yet
Are cases in all of these federal districts. NV, WI, MI, and GA. Only federal case is in PA. All 14th amend issues are easily filed. They are cookie cutter challenges in election times. File the complaint, get denied in the lower court, expedited to appellate court
And on to SCOTUS. That hasn’t happened yet. Wait, be patient, it will. Sometimes you have to exhaust your lower court remedies before you get to the federal prize. But, what about our aneurism hero @SidneyPowell1? Not part of the team? Why? Here’s why
@SidneyPowell1 is kicking ass on fraud issues with our election. She released the Kraken, and sponsor her at http://defendingtherepublic.com . She is the only one that can bring these fraud charges in a public standing. Trumps campaign cannot.
Trumps campaign, just like the Bush v Gore, can only seek constitutional issues. 14th amendment fun, we love our equal protection. @SidneyPowell1 can bring the pain of the fraud (Dem and Republicans alike). It will be biblical.
X/x. Sorry, ranting. Lost count. Trump campaign can challenge state certification, electoral votes, all based on our beloved constitution. We need @SidneyPowell1 as the hammer. The kraken, who can go right after this fraudulent campaign and the dominion voter fraud.
X/x so, everyone calm down. We are fine. This is very well orchestrated, and the lack of federal cases challenging the 14th shows that we are at the infant stages.
Let’s not forget the $107million for GA over dominion, voting machine being shut down, and where we are. I am old enough to remember when Al Gore was president for a hot second.
