I am in a Fantasy League with my mom. Its a family league and its been around since 1996. Ya, its old. Pre internet, Paper and snail mail. Yesterday as I was trying to get my daughter to bed, probably around 730pm, my mom calls me. Of course, I answer. She starts... 1/6
Ranting and raving about losing to my cousin, Ryan. While competitive, she rarely freaks out about a FF loss. I told her I'd call her back. Over the next hour she sends me a flurry of slightly incoherent texts about starting a TE and he was a QB. Shit. 2/6
I know what has happened. She got Taysom'd. I told her I would call her in the morning. Before I call her I start work and its a damn mess. Problems up the wazzu. Several hours pass.
I get a couple more texts from her that i don't read until later in the day. 3/6

Apparently, in her fit of rage, she CALLED ESPN FANTASY and started complaining to them on the phone. The record skipped and I snorted in laughter. Hilarious. He talked to some guy and complained to him about this "Taysom TE situation". This guy clearly has the 4/6
patience of a Saint. He finally says he will "talk to someone and I agree with you ma'am." I am sure other people called to complain, but the image of my 68 year old mom ranting to a random customer service rep from ESPN about Taysom Hill being a TE is indelibly etched... . 5/6
into my mind. If you work at ESPN Fantasy and my mom freaked out on you, I am sorry. She wanted to right this FF injustice. She lost to my cousin Ryan because of TE Taysom Hill
