1/Ok.. I don't know how many Posts this will take but I will have a go. I just spent about half an hour doing this. I hope Someone who knows what they are doing will look at it and get where I am coming from.
At 6.15pm on 5 March 2020, a statutory instrument was made into law that adds COVID-19 to the list of notifiable diseases and SARS-COV-2 to the list of notifiable causative agents.

This change was made by adding them to the Health Protection (Notification) Regulations 2010.
3. 5 Mar 2020.

Ok so The Government made it Law that anyone Testing Positive for Covid 19 Must be reported to the Notifiable Diseases Officer. and they should make appropriate additions to the Data set of the specific Council area you live in!.
