Guys, I got this today in the mail from @TwoMorrows_News press and I have to say, if you aren& #39;t super enthusiastic about Xmas this year, this may actually put you in the zone.
I have a feeling that leaving "Holly Jolly" out on my coffee table is going to be JUST ENOUGH holiday decorating to make Martha Stewart jealous.
Plus there& #39;s a quick shot of the most notorious game to ever grace my family& #39;s Christmas morning in it.

Why notorious, do you ask?
Well, one Christmas my brother and I received Rock & #39;em, Sock & #39;em Robots as a shared gift. Which was a horrible mistake, as we were (still are) hyper competitive with each other.
This Christmas morning was no different. We went off to play Rock & #39;em Sock & #39;em Robots. Our strategies could not be more different.

As the red guy, I went for careful planning. My brother as the blue guy went for scorched earth. Guess which method won ALL of the matches?
The result: Two whining, fighting kids. And my dad, who was (is) normally the most laid-back person, had had enough. Maybe he was hungover from the night before...
He came into the room where we were playing/fighting, picked up Rock & #39;em Sock & #39;em Robots, and flung the game into the wall.

My brother and I were like this:
The game, BTW, did not break. It was sturdy. As was our relationship with our dad.

And the legend of that long-ago Christmas morning lives on through my niece and nephews.
So anyway, "Holly Jolly" by Mark Voger. You will enjoy it.
