Listening to Jenna Ellis right now on Newsmax, it is all pretty consistent with what I’ve been saying over the last week or so. The case as per Rudy Giuliani grounded in the Constitution and Equal Protection (14A), the case is solid and ready to go....

... while what Sidney Powell is working on is not quite yet ready for courts, but we’ll see where it stands + if anything can be brought into official Team Trump litigation by the end of this week. Sidney Powell stated she was pulling together a case ready by around Thursday....

... and in a bigger picture sense, as Steve Cortes states, we have short-term Constitutional arguments ready for SCOTUS, while what Sidney Powell is putting together is more of a criminal investigation that a non-corrupted DOJ/FBI would pursue....

... some might not like this, especially those going deep into investigating Dominion, Coomer, Colorado, etc., but fact is Rudy’s case by itself easily would flip PA/MI/WI by itself, and possibly more, for example the issue of Clark County (NV)....

... I will also restate that while a lot of attention has been on Rudy, Jenna, + Sidney, more attention is also required with the Sekulow’s (ACLJ) who have been working on further cases grounded in the constitution, a little under the radar, about to surface imminently for GA. —-
