After watching Tama Hero's "The Rise and Fall of Pokemon Youtuber TamashiiHiroka", some of the feelings and experiences paralleled mine and I've realized that I might actually want to pursue taking sessions with a therapist.
I've been under the impression that a therapist wouldn't be able to help me solve my problems.
I believed that my truly burdensome struggles aren't sorts that advice helps with, and I've had terrible counselling experiences before with a counsellor who only ever affirmed me.
I've been thinking about it all wrong though. The reason to go to therapy for me wouldn't be to seek advice for solving my problems,
it would be to have a perspective who can help me understand and evaluate my own thoughts/experiences.
