After watching Tama Hero& #39;s "The Rise and Fall of Pokemon Youtuber TamashiiHiroka", some of the feelings and experiences paralleled mine and I& #39;ve realized that I might actually want to pursue taking sessions with a therapist.
I& #39;ve been under the impression that a therapist wouldn& #39;t be able to help me solve my problems.
I believed that my truly burdensome struggles aren& #39;t sorts that advice helps with, and I& #39;ve had terrible counselling experiences before with a counsellor who only ever affirmed me.

I& #39;ve been thinking about it all wrong though. The reason to go to therapy for me wouldn& #39;t be to seek advice for solving my problems,
it would be to have a perspective who can help me understand and evaluate my own thoughts/experiences.
