Covid was unavoidable. The impact will last a generation but there was nothing we could do.

No Deal Brexit is completely avoidable. Projections say it will be worse than Covid, hit us harder and last longer. Government can avoid it. But Johnson is too scared of the Brexiters.

Government exists to protect us. To make decisions on our behalf. To do the right thing by our country. That is what government is for.
