Just finished watching Yuri On Ice.
Deleting a long ass thread on it but the jist of it all?
It's phenomenal.
Truly one of a kind anime where you're both captured by the story and impossibly great animation while also laughing and crying, it's not perfect. But it's bloody close.

I really don't want to focus on the negatives because the series was so fucking good but it's the way the ending doesn't really get the send off it deserved (the movie should it ever arrive will hopefully provide that) and the relationship starts off really forward and ends eeh?

Regardless.
The music is amazing. I still have the tracks bouncing around in my head.
The story and characters are incredibly well portrayed even if a little fanservice heavy in places.
The routines though, MY GOD. The animation is staggering.
Highly recommend you watch it!
