Outbreaks and close contact are 63% of all covid lab confirmed cases and can easily be tracked and traced and these outbreaks resolve to be a contained situation.
It's number 4, no epidemiological link cases that give health authorities cause for concern.

As we've heard at least 90% of deaths occur in the outbreak and close contact category.

These kind of cases can not be traced to anywhere. Maybe at the mall waking around? Maybe grabbing a sandwich? Who knows.
They're untraceable.
It's these cases alone that should be responsible for determining lock downs and business closures.

Nov 1-8 there were 2,791 people I Ontario that had positive tests and they can't track then to anyone or anywhere. Spontaneous it's often called.
