i wanna make it clear that i am not pro. the reason i& #39;m making this thread is that even though i think you all deserve to eat, eating when you don& #39;t feel like you should leads to regret and stress for a lot of people with eds. i thought this would be helpful in preventing that.
hot shower/bath

the weather is getting colder for a lot of ppl, and eating less can make you even more cold. hot showers will relieve that for a bit, as well as distracting from the hunger. if it& #39;s warm where you live, a cool shower would probably work similarly, hunger-wise.
drinking water

i know you& #39;ll see this a lot in these types of threads, but it really does help. drinking a couple glasses of water or tea fills you up and suppresses hunger, as well as helping you lose weight faster if you do it regularly.
hot drink in the cold

i believe this was originally said by someone on korean edtwt (credit to them), but basically if it& #39;s cold where you are, go outside or near an open window wearing thin clothes with a mug of hot tea or coffee (black or with a bit of cream). the warmth that+
comes from drinking it feels nice, distracts from hunger, and you& #39;d probably prefer it over eating.
taking a walk/bike ride

taking a walk or riding your bike outside is calming, gives you little to no access to food, and counts as exercise. it could be around your neighborhood, at a park, or you could go someplace you& #39;ve never been to and have an adventure heheh
places with friends

going out to places with friends is really fun (not too many, and wear your masks/social distance ofc) and a great distraction, they don& #39;t have to be nice places either. a gas station can be fun if u make it fun
