I wanted to elaborate on what I said last night.
This might be a content warning for some.

After I somehow won as Impostor, I legitimately laughed so hard that, for about 2.5 seconds, I blacked out. You can see me lose consciousness in this video below.

Firstly, I am 100% fine. I slept great. Had a minor headache but nothing that was truly concerning.

I post this to show that it's very important that streamers take care of themselves. Perhaps I didn't eat enough or I overexerted myself, but keep up with your health as you can.

We sometimes forget that streaming is a job. It may not pay all of your bills but it is a job & it's a lot of work.

Take breaks, hydrate, go bio as needed. Practice self care even when in front of the camera — your health & safety comes first.

Period.

With that, I will not be streaming today as I want to make sure I am 100% ready to come back. I never have laughter-induced moments like this so I want to keep it lowkey today but understand that this could happen to anyone.

Just take some time for yourself when you can. xo.
