My answer & tips to the Nationalists here in this short thread

BJP has to run a govt and save their seats from vultures + ensure they win the next election. Expecting BJP to save dharma or for that matter, anything more the what I've mentioned above is plain foolishness I feel.

We shud change our strategy, get together in your areas (temples were built for a reason), congregate there every weekend, discuss how to help the people in that area, see if there are poor Hindus who might be converted if missionaries ........

.....offer a seat in their schools for their kids - offer them help, get them to apply for the schemes from the govt. Go talk to your local MLA/MP if need and get parents to send Hindu kids to temples for a few hours, teach them about the Gita,

and tell them stories of our country men & women's valor which they might not get to hear in school or at home (thanks to nuclear families & always busy parents).

And yes joining RSS is a good step coz they're organized and teach Hindu culture to kids - for this we don't need to be only Hindu. Every Nationalist can join irrespective of religion.
