Ok sent my senate vote in today for @ReverendWarnock and @ossoff. I'm an OST voter so a couple of things stick out to me and if there are any Georgia voters out there, maybe these things will help.

First, you can check your voter registration status here: https://www.mvp.sos.ga.gov/MVP/mvp.do 
If you are not registered to vote, you have until Dec 6th I believe to get your registration in. You can still register to vote.

If you ares already registered, and you are Overseas, your ballot should already be issued. You will find it at the same website. You should receive an email about it.

It should say this:
DO NOT SEND IN A SAMPLE BALLOT FROM THE "MY VOTER PAGE" WEBSITE. It will not be counted. Use only the ballot that has a "UOCAVA"

Download it and print it out such that it fits on the page. I had to mess with my settings to make sure its centered. There will be instructions with it but, some pointers, fill in the bubbles for the candidates you want. If you're voting blue like me, the people I've tagged--

above are the candidates you're looking for. Don't x the bubbles, or underline them, fill them in with blue or black ink. Fold the BALLOT and stick it in a separate envelope and SEAL it.

Next do your voter affidavit. If you can fill it out yourself it just requires your name and signature. If not the person helping you also has to sign. Do not put that in the same envelope as your ballot.

Put both the affidavit and the sealed envelope with your ballot in a larger envelope. This larger envelope is the one you address.
Also instructions say to mark it with "official absentee ballot" on the outside of the envelope.

Now, I have made this thread, because there are a bunch of steps, and I want people to make sure they hit all of them as perfectly as possible so we have no confusion or question that our ballots are valid.

All this being said, after all of that, get a tracking number, a picture of what you sent for your records, and keep track on the sec state website on whether or not your vote has been accepted.
