Honestly losing my entire fucking mind at this point, I have been on the phone w/ @Cigna for like 3 months, and every single time they resubmit my claim, it's sent back as rejected - even though X-rays are specifically covered 100% in all circumstances.

It's that fucking Patrick Star meme where I point them directly at my plan that says "All Radiology Covered 100%", and they go "Hmm, yeah you're right". Then two weeks later send back the claim as rejected saying it was processed correctly the first time.

It's like $400 and I'm just like, do I fucking sue these people or what the hell, this is beyond insane.

I'm like so angry at this point, I'm trying so hard not to yell at the customer service rep because it's obviously not his fault, but oh my god I need to scream into a pillow or something this is beyond frustrating.
