1] Mr President, @nelsonchamisa, I am quite excited by the @mdczimbabwe #1millionVoters campaign for 2023.
With proper planning & execution, this MDC-A Youth Assembly led campaign gives the Democratic Movement an opportunity to win an election that can& #39;t be won. [cc @AmChambi]

2] Here& #39;s how I think this election that otherwise can& #39;t be won, can actually be won.
Beyond the next elections, I particularly think this noble campaign should look at consenting the citizen, & creating countrywide structures that are ready to #Stand4Change.

3] With coordination, a structurally strong #DemocraticMovement can organize & respond decisively, against illegal actions & laws that actually promote electoral malpractices.
A structurally strong MDC could have organized & responded politically, to the Khupe shenanigans.

4] A structurally strong #DemocraticMovement can equally campaign & eat into ZanuPF& #39;s support
It& #39;s easy to rig the elections if ZanuPF can still get a high number of genuine voters
the more they loose electoral appeal & support, the more it becomes difficult to rig an election.

5] A structurally strong #DemocraticMovement can also respond decisively, when fake results are announced
In 2018, the movement was pretty much left in sixes & sevens.
The MDC-A won without strong structures.
Those voters outside its structures simply retreated.
this is key!

6] Put differently, the current campaign(s) should focus on action before, during, & post "elections".
Focusing on one, is self-serving.
The strategy driving these campaigns should be founded on galvanizing support for decisive political response, whenever it becomes necessary.

7] Saying "elections can& #39;t be won in Zimbabwe" (whereas true), isn& #39;t a solution to anything.
Rather, it should motivate the next course of action.
If they can& #39;t be won, why is that so?
What can be done to change it?
This is why building a structurally strong movement is a key.

8] Lastly, though acknowledging that it is the @mdczimbabwe driving this campaign through the deliberate creation of strong party structures, parallel efforts should continue to be made, towards building a broader & inclusive #DemocraticMovement.
All hands on deck.
enkosi!
